Q: What services do you offer?

A: For Job Seekers: Our site allows job seekers to register with us and create a professional-grade, printable CV online. You can then view all available job openings and apply directly online. Please remember that oftentimes companies that work with us will search through our database for candidates, so creating a complete and up-to-date CV is essential for you to be selected for an interview.

For Employers: We offer two forms of recruiting: Online Recruiting and On-the-Ground Recruiting. Our online offerings include Job Postings listed on our site that users can apply to and CV Searches where users can identify and contact candidates with the exact skills and experiences required. Our on-the-ground services include Employee Leasing and Direct Hire Recruiting, where we will identify and pre-screen candidates before arranging final interviews with your staff.

We also offer Banner Advertisements that reach a wide and diverse audience in Iraq. Our site's traffic is consistently increasing and we also supply detailed statistics about the effectiveness of your advertising campaign.

Q: Is HireIraqis.com owned or operated by any governmental agencies?

A: No. HireIraqis.com is a private company registered with the Iraqi Ministry of Trade and as a US S Corporation. We are entirely owned and operated by Iraqis and Iraqi-Americans.

Q: If I register as an Employer or a Job Seeker will my information remain confidential?

A: Absolutely. Any information entered into our site remains completely confidential. We will never share your personal data with any group or individual.

Q: If I send you my CV will you find me a job?

A: The best way to find a job is to apply directly to the Job Postings listed on our website or reply to the emails generated by our system requesting CVs of certain kinds of candidates. But remember, if you apply online and your CV is incomplete, Employers may not have enough information about you and may not select you for an interview.

Q: I do not live in Iraq. Can I still use HireIraqis.com to find a job in Iraq?

A: Although our focus is to serve Iraqi job seekers, we invite anyone who would like to work in Iraq to register on our site.
